Sultron®

polysulfone

Sultron® PSU is a family of polysulfone products that offer high chemical resistance to acidic and salt solutions, and good resistance to detergents, hot water and steam. In addition, polysulfone has excellent radiation stability, and offers low ionic impurity levels.

Products in the Sultron® family

Sultron® LSG PSU

Polysulfone
Life Science Grade PSU stock shapes made from unfilled Udel® PSU resin. Pre-assessed for biocompatibility on both resin and shape for up to 24 hours contact with body tissue according to USP VI and ISO 10993 and wetted contact in bioprocessing. Good hydrolysis resistance as well as great mechanical, thermal, and electrical properties.
